1. Why isn’t shipping calculated at checkout?
Elemental Minerals supplies traders and retailers — and wholesale shipping does not fit into automated checkout systems.
Orders vary widely in weight, volume, and destination, and each shipping method has its own rules and rate structure. To ensure you receive the most accurate and cost-effective option, shipping is quoted manually after your order is placed.
DHL Express (small or urgent consignments)
Lighter orders are shipped via DHL Express. For shipments over 50 kg, DHL offers a heavyweight spot rate. These rates must be requested directly from DHL, change according to fuel and market conditions, and are valid for 7 days only.
Because of these fluctuations, DHL rates are not pre-set at checkout.
Airfreight (larger wholesale orders)
For larger consignments, we offer palleted airfreight. Quotes are requested manually and can be arranged either to your nearest international airport or delivered to your door, depending on your preference.
Seafreight (bulk and container-based orders)
For the largest orders, seafreight provides the best value. Rates are obtained on request and can be shipped to your nearest sea port or delivered to your door where available.
In short: wholesale shipping is not one-size-fits-all. We quote manually to ensure you always receive the fairest, most precise rate.
2. Why don’t we offer public live shows?
Elemental Minerals is a wholesale supplier. Our priority is to provide a consistent, reliable, and professionally structured experience for our buyers.
Public live shows are designed for retail entertainment — fast-paced, impulsive, and consumer-focused. This format is not aligned with how serious B2B clients purchase stock, nor with the standards we uphold.
Professional wholesale standards
We prioritise clear product information, stable pricing, precise stock control, and dependable logistics. Live selling compromises these fundamentals.
Fair, equal access to stock
All buyers — large or small — should have the same opportunity to purchase from our catalogue. Listing stock on our website ensures transparency and fairness, without the “first to comment wins” dynamic of live shows.
Efficiency and service quality
Our focus is on processing wholesale orders, sourcing and preparing stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting our business clients. Hosting public live shows would divert time from these essential tasks.
Private support for verified buyers
Instead of public shows, we provide private consultations via call or WhatsApp.
