Thank you for choosing Elemental Minerals 😊 Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping methods and policies:

DHL Express Shipping

Please refer to our DHL Rates page for up-to-date DHL Express rates. For shipments over 70kg, we often receive on-the-spot "heavyweight special" rates from DHL. If your order exceeds 70kg, we will automatically contact DHL and try and get a better rate for you.

Bulk Airfreight & Seafreight

We also offer bulk airfreight and sea freight options (both LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load), with rates quoted on a case-by-case basis. For a mock quote, please email nicole@elementalminerals.net.

Note: Shipping costs are not calculated during checkout. We provide quotes for shipping (for individual or combined orders) based on the final packed weight.

Order Processing & Packing

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. You are welcome to combine orders for shipment; simply notify us at nicole@elementalminerals.net.
  • We aim to pack orders within 1-3 working days upon payment confirmation. Larger orders may take longer, as we are meticulous with packing.
  • Shipping quotes are calculated per order (or combined orders) based on final packed weight. For orders exceeding one metric ton, we will provide quotes for both air and sea shipping. Sea quotes for smaller volumes are available upon request.

Once the shipping cost is finalised, you will receive a draft order with a payment link. Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.

Shipping Modes & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (Courier): Delivery time is typically 1-3 working days nationwide.
  • Standard International Shipping (Air/Courier): Expected delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Our carriers operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues.

Customs & Duties

Check with your local customs office for any duties or VAT applicable to your shipment. These costs are not included in our shipping rates and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any customs-related delays.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nicole@elementalminerals.net to file a claim. Include photos of the package, both unopened and opened. As standard practice, we add insurance to all shipping quotes.
